Milwaukee, WI — November 17, 2025 — Heritage Automation Partners, LLC (“HAP”) has officially launched as a national platform dedicated to acquiring, building, and integrating automation-focused distribution, assembly, and engineering service companies across the United States.

Formed in partnership with SixSibs Capital, the family investment office of the White Family (Rite-Hite), Heritage Automation Partners was created to preserve the legacies of privately held automation companies while driving long-term growth in an ever-evolving industrial landscape.

Mission: To preserve and empower legacy automation businesses—combining their local relationships, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit under a shared platform built for sustainable growth.

Heritage Automation Partners has appointed Todd Boone as President and Chief Executive Officer. Boone will lead the company’s national integration strategy, overseeing the recruitment, management, and growth of regional automation groups under the HAP banner. With more than 35 years in the automation industry, Boone has deep leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, engineered services, and industrial automation platforms, along with a well-developed understanding of the business cultures that drive long-term success. He launched his career with Eaton Corporation, later owning and operating a regional automation business for more than a decade. He then spent 15 years helping build and lead Wesco’s OEM Assembly division and most recently served as President and General Manager for two private-equity-backed automation distribution and assembly platforms.
